Such processing is governed by the applicable agreement between Flarion and the customer, including any applicable data processing agreement ("DPA"). This Privacy Policy applies only to Personal Information that Flarion collects and processes for its own business purposes. To the extent of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and an applicable DPA with respect to Personal Information processed on behalf of a customer, the DPA will prevail.
4. How We Share Your Personal Information
- 4.1. We may share Personal Information with our affiliated companies for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- 4.2. We may share Personal Information with third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) that perform services on our behalf or support our business operations, including providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, analytics, security, customer support, marketing, professional advisory and other business services. Such Service Providers are authorized to access and use Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted under our agreements with them.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors and do not wish to do so. If we learn that a person under the age of 16 is using the Website, we will attempt to prohibit such use and will make our best efforts to promptly delete any Personal Information stored with us with regard to such person.
